A. The project includes installing concrete equipment pads, propane tanks, piping and appurtenances, backup generators, transfer switches, security fences, and other site improvements at Well #6, Well #10, Skakel Spring, Old City Park Chlorinator, and Whites Chlorinator locations. 1. Well # 6 includes installing concrete equipment pads, a propane tank, piping and appurtenances, a permanent backup generator, and an automatic transfer switch. 2. Well # 10 includes installing concrete equipment pads, a propane tank, piping and appurtenances, a permanent backup generator, an automatic transfer switch, and a security fence. 3. Skakel Spring includes installing an aggregate surface, a portable generator, a manual transfer switch, and a security fence. 4. Old City Park Chlorinator includes installing concrete equipment pads, a propane tank, piping and appurtenances, a permanent backup generator, an automatic transfer switch, and modifying an existing security fence. 5. Whites Chlorinator includes installing a portable generator and a manual transfer switch. Questions can be submitted until November 2, 2022 and an addenda response will be issued November 4, 2022. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Backup Generator and Site Security Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $289,175. The Project has a construction period of 90 days and a contract period of 180 days.
