CityHousing Hamilton Corporation (CHH) is requesting Bids from qualified, experienced firms for a Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Program, On Demand and Emergency Repair Services and replacement of gas fired furnaces and related furnace Work for CityHousing Hamilton properties on an "as needed and when required" basis 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The scope of Work includes four parts, as follows: Part 1 - Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Program : Annual inspection, clean-out, test, and make all necessary repairs to all gas fired furnaces in all single, semi-detached and row housing units. Complete and provide a detailed report per inspection. Part 2 - On Demand and Emergency Repair Services: Provide routine on demand repair and emergency Service Work for all gas-fired hot-air furnaces and identified air conditioning units (new and existing) on an "as needed and when requested" basis including Regular Hours and After Hours Work Part 3 - Replacement of Gas Fired Furnaces: Supply and installation on an "as required" basis of an estimated number of new condensing high efficiency, gas furnaces complete with all peripheral devices as indicated in the Specifications and the removal from site and disposal of existing gas furnaces. Part 4 - Type B Vent Chimney Replacement, High Efficiency Venting and Other Related Work as required. This Request for Tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
