Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project Awarded to TC Landscape Award amount - 496,740.00 project known as Bid 22-07: Hero Dog Park. The bid shall provide for the installation of a new dog park with site improvements at 1600 Ohio Avenue (Hamnett Park, owned and maintained by Lawrence Township). The improvements will consist of approximately 1,100 LF of five-foot (5') high tubular aluminum fence, porous pavement paths (approximately 1,300 sY), concrete curb and pads, bollard lighting, landscaping, shade sails, benches and dog park equipment as shown the Site Plan with other associated work as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on September 20, 2022. The completion of the project shall be sixty (60) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by December 31, 2022. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq. Kevin P.
