The project consists of a new pre-engineered metal storage building for Sampson County Emergency Services and the Sampson County Sheriff's Office. The building is 11,934 square feet of construction type IIB, Non-sprinklered, Storage (S-1) occupancy. Building construction is in two distinct sections, the Emergency Services Section and the Sheriff's Office Section. Each section shall have one enclosed Office and one Toilet Room in addition to their respective Warehouse spaces.
