The Township Committee of the Township of Wall reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and the right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Township to do so, and reserves the right to hold the bids and proposal guarantees of the three (3) lowest regular bidders for sixty (60) days before making an award of contract and each bidder agrees that he will not withdraw his bid for that period of time.
