Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the Prequalification of Track Protection Services on Metrolinx Owned Rail Corridors. Metrolinx is issuing this Request to be Prequalified to establish a Prequalified List of Contractors for track protection of main and non-main tracks for Metrolinx as further described herein. The Prequalified List of Contractors shall be required for the provision of track protection for various projects undertaken by Metrolinx on Metrolinx owned Rail Corridors and yard locations within Metrolinx's current and future service areas. Such projects may include, but not necessarily be limited to: - station platform activities; - track and signal construction; - grade separations; - bridge widening and construction; - electrification of lines; and - snow removals. Track Protection Contractors that are currently part of the existing prequalified list established as part of SQ-2019-PMUN-051 will not be added to the Prequalified List established from this Prequalification Process. The Prequalified List established from this Prequalification Process will supersede and replace the existing prequalified list. Those Contractors that are currently part of existing prequalified list established as part of SQ-2019-PMUN-051 that wish to be included on the Prequalified List must respond to this Prequalification Process and shall be considered in accordance with the process set out herein.
