Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Parma, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

All questions regarding these documents must be sent in writing via email to etollerup@cityofparma-oh.gov. Bidders shall submit bids that are in compliance with the Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction and Special conditions, if any, included in the Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the bid invitation number, opening date, and item being bid. In the event that several invitations are being bid simultaneously, each bid must be submitted in a separate envelope. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates of Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County and the City of Parma, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
