In the spirit of continuous improvement and cost management, the City of Box Elder utilizes this bid system to post Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid opportunities. We strive to receive the best value for the goods and services purchased for the City's needs. The city of Box Elder welcomes all vendors to register to the South Dakota Purchasing Group. There is no charge to register, simply follow the registration path and select the "Limited Access" option. the City of Box Elder has a special arrangement where YOU WILL receive notifications of matching solicitations and addenda even when selecting the Free, Limited Access package. To receive notifications State-wide or from other Purchasing Groups, select one of the other registration options or call the Bid Net Support Team at 800-835-4603 option 2 for assistance. This project shall consist of installing a new polypropylene water tank liner in the Northern Lights Reservoir Tank, also known as Tank #5, and related appurtenances. Tank #5 is approximately 73' in nominal diameter and 49.5' tall from the floor to the eave. In addition to the liner replacement, the City of Box Elder may, at its sole discretion, include any combination of add alternate bid items to the scope of work. Add alternate bid item work includes replacement of sacrificial anodes, manway gasket, vent and Tideflex joint cleaning and replacement.
