All bids must be in the possession of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors by the specified deadline. Attendance by the Bidder at the Pre-Bid Conference and site visit are Not Mandatory. Bidder must notify the County Project Manager Joyce Fan, joyce.fan@faf.sccgov.org its intention to attend this meeting with the name of the representative(s) and whether the representative(s) is fully vaccinated at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date specified above; email subject line to read: Pre-Bid Conference RSVP - VMC-SLRH Fuel Tank Replacement Projects. The Work will consist of: Phase IA Construction CMU Above Ground Fuel Tank enclosure Rough drainage, fuel pipes and electrical runs stub-out/riser to enclosure Phase IB Individual trenching for fuel and electrical lines Re-paving/asphalt to road Construction of driveway, apron, curb and gutter Phase II Disconnect fuel and electrical lines and connect to new lines within 8 hours to avoid interruptions to facility Remove existing underground storage tank (UST) per CEQA guidelines Back fill, re-compact and re-pave at removed tank site Q & A deadline: Sep 28, 2022 8:00:00 PM EDT
