The Work will consist of: Phase IA Construction CMU Above Ground Fuel Tank enclosure Rough drainage, fuel pipes and electrical runs stub-out/riser to enclosure Phase IB Individual trenching for fuel and electrical lines Re-paving/asphalt to road Construction of driveway, apron, curb and gutter Phase II Disconnect fuel and electrical lines and connect to new lines within 8 hours to avoid interruptions to facility Remove existing underground storage tank (UST) per CEQA guidelines Back fill, re-compact and re-pave at removed tank site Q & A deadline: Sep 28, 2022 8:00:00 PM EDT
