Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Frisco, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and clubhouse / community center.
Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals from qualified General Contractors to manage two (2) remodeling projects within the Animal Control and Senior Community Center facilities. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule and cost. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
