General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Job Location Various Question Acceptance Deadline 09/02/2022 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The contractor shall commence work on later than ten (10) calendar days from, and including, the date of the Notice to Proceed. Work shall be substantially complete on October 24, 2022, and final completion on October 31,2022. Each Bidder shall file 5% Bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a Bid Bond. Bid security will be retained by the Town until the seventh day after the effective date of the agreement, whereupon Bid security furnished by Bidders will be returned. The Contractor is responsible for provide a TWO-YEAR (2) warranty. The beginning of the TWO-YEAR (2) warranty period will be established with the issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion. There shall be no additional cost for material, equipment, labor, and traffic control.
