Admin Building & DNR Building Backup Generators Wellpinit, WA 99040 Project consists of installation of two backup generators. A diesel generator at the Wellpinit Administration Building and a Propane Generator at the Department of Natural resources. Concrete pad, conduit, automatic transfer switch, and connections to the existing building electrical systems Prospective bidders MAY NOT visit the project/site to make individual inspections of the site prior to or after the pre-bid meeting. Indian-owned and controlled companies will receive preference in accordance with 25 U.S.C Spokane Tribe of Indians encourages participation of Minority Owned, and Women Owned Business Enterprises in this Invitation to Bid. This is a Federal Department of Labor (Davis-Bacon), State of Washington Prevailing Wage Rate project. Bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor license at the time of submitting bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total base bid (not including alternates). This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds. The Spokane Tribe of Indians reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive bidding informalities
