Snow removal and salt service (including spreading aggregate or other snow melting material) The Town of Riverview invites tenders for: Snow and Ice Control 2022-2025 Contract No. 22-08 Any inquiries may be directed to the persons listed below at the appropriate numbers or by dropping into the Public Works Garage, 300 Robertson during regular working hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday: Geoff Crossman Manager of Public Works (506) 387-2027 Completed tenders must be received at the Town of Riverview's Town Hall, 30 Honour House Court, Riverview, N.B. prior to the closing time for tenders on the date indicated in the above table at which location a public tender opening will be held immediately following the tender closing. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Control Number 17456568 The proposed term of the Agreement is for a three (3) year period beginning November 15, 2022. Prices shall remain firm for the length of the agreement. The Town may exercise an option to renew the agreement at the tendered price for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, subject to mutual agreement and consent of the Town and the Contractor. Both parties must agree upon the first extension year on or before April 15th prior to the end of year three (3) of the contract, and the second extension year before the end of the term of the extension
