An existing outdoor basketball court located at Good Hope Community Center/ Moses Schaffer Community Center. The Contractor shall furnish all travel, parts, labor, materials, rentals, equipment, disposal, transportation and supervision necessary to provide light poles and astronomical time clock control for Good Hope Park. Work to be performed in strict accordance with scope of work and all items discussed at the mandatory bidders conference. Under no circumstances will a bid be accepted after the closing date and time. The enclosed certified or cashier's check or bid bond on the provided form, made payable to the County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, is hereby given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute and deliver the Agreement and required bonds if awarded the contract. In the event that the bidder fails or refuses to execute and deliver said documents, such check or bond is to be charged with the costs of the damages experienced by the County as a result of such failure or refusal. For projects $100,000 or over the Contractor shall furnish to the owner, a Performance bond, a Payment bond, and Materials Bond executed as surety by a corporation acceptable to the owner and authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California. Such a performance bond and a payment bond and materials bond shall be for one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price.
