Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits and licenses related to his work, including but not limited to, Brevard County Building Division, except as otherwise provided herein. B. Permits by Owner: None C. NPDES Permit: Any site dewatering for structures or trench work under construction shall conform to the requirements of an NPDES permit and CUP permits, if needed. D. Local Permits: The Contractor shall apply and obtain all other applicable local permits for the construction effort. Payment for such permits, shall be identified by the governing agency after the permit has been applied for, and this amount shall be made known to the Owner for prompt payment by the Owner. This requirement may also include the following tasks to be performed by the Contractor: 1. Send notification by email to subcontractors. 2. Acknowledgment of Applicant Responsibility. 3. Evidence of certification as a Class I or Class II Contractor (State). 4. Copy of Worker's Compensation Certificate of Insurance. 5. Owners authorization. E. Work shall be conducted and shall result in construction of the requirements of this project in full accordance with the conditions of the permits granted for the project.
