Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Rodent Control Services. Goal Participation: This solicitation is reserved for Broward County certified Small Business Enterprises. Refer to the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements Section for additional information. Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by Group. Refer to Special Instructions for additional information. Request for Approved Equals: Vendors may submit for Broward County's consideration, a request to approve an equal product for a product/specification of this solicitation. The Request for Approved Equals form must be submitted (by email) no later than the date and time listed in the Special Instructions to Vendors. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Pre-bid meeting/ Site visit info : If the Vendor does not have Microsoft Teams, the Vendor may use the call-in option. Then, log into the above phone number, and further instructions regarding participation will be given once the meeting begins.
