Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Fire Sprinkler and Fire Pump Repair and Maintenance Services for the Facilities Management Division and Port Everglades in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements herein. This is a Living Wage Service Contract - refer to ---Living Wage Ordinance Requirements section for additional information. Additional Offer Field: Line items include an offer field for "Percentage of Price Attributed to Labor Portion of Service". Vendor is instructed to provide the percentage of the price that is attributed to the labor portion of this service line. Workforce One Investment Program applies to this contract. Refer to Workforce Investment Program Requirements section for additional information. Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by group. Refer to Special Instructions to Vendors for additional information. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Request for Approved Equals : Vendors may submit for Broward County's consideration, a request to approve an equal product for a product/specification of this solicitation. The Request for Approved Equals form must be submitted (by email) no later than the date and time listed in the Special Instructions to Vendors.
