Lift Stations 128 & 210 Rehabilitation the City of Sunrise, Florida A Description of the Project is as Follows: Scope of Work: the Work for This Project Consists of, but is Not Limited to, the Furnishing of All Labor, Equipment and Materials Necessary to Provide Uninterrupted Bypass Pumping for Each Existing Pump Station Flow During All Construction Activities and Until the New Pump Stations Are Completely Operational; Implementation of Stormwater Sediment and Erosion Control/prevention Plan; Utility Investigation of Potential Conflicts Including Soft- Digs; Demolition of Existing Pump Stations Including Structural, Foundations, Mechanical and Electrical Components Including, but Not Limited to Partial Demolition of Existing Dry-pit and Removal of Existing Piping, Pumping Equipment and Appurtenances, Valves and Fittings, Conduits; Sit Preparation, Clearing and Grubbing as Necessary, and Partially Demolishing the Existing Wet Well; Repairs and Modifications to the Existing Concrete Wet Well Including Facilitate Inspection of Wet Well, Leak Repairs as Required, and Furnishing and Installing New Wet Well Coating System; Furnishing and Installing New Top Access Lids; Furnishing and Installing New Submersible Pumps and Related Equipment; Furnishing and Installing a New Valve Pit With All Pipes, Valves, Fittings and Appurtenances for the New Pump Station Including Emergency Pump Out Piping Connections; Furnishing and Installing New Discharge Force Mains as Specified in the Technical Specifications and Contract Drawings, and in Strict Accordance With the Contract Documents. The Prime Contractor Must Have Successfully Completed at Least Three (3) Projects of Similar Type, Scope, Size and Complexity Within the Last Five (5) Years in the State of Florida, and Provide Verifiable References for These Projects.
