Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Development of an approximately 1.65 acre neighborhood park. Work includes site earthwork/clearing & grading, utilities installations including stormwater facilities, waterline, power, and electrical services including lighting. ROW frontage improvements. Site improvements include loop trail, open lawn area, benches, play equipment, retaining walls, hook-up, picnic shelter, landscaping, and irrigation system and setting of an owner provide pre-fabricated restroom including underground vault. BID BOND REQUIRED: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract; and furnish a satisfac-tory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject, any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding pro-cess. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period, of sixty (60) calendar days after the date and time set for the opening thereof.
