Renovation of a residential development in Wewahitchka, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Partial modernization of Flooring covering in 46 Dwelling Units located @ FL 15-13 & FL 15-2 Wewahitchka & Cottondale, Florida, the work consist of but not limited to removing existing base and floor covering, properly prepare concrete slab to receive new tile, Provide new vinyl floor covering and new vinyl cove base and associated work connected with each work item, see drawings for additional information. The PHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and formalities in the bidding. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without PHA consent. Small businesses and minority firms are urged to submit proposals. Certification as a Minority business Enterprise (or number of partners, shareholders, employees who are members of minority classification or are women) should be included in the Bid proposal. Refer to Articles 38, 39 and 40 of The General Conditions. Each bid shall include The signed original and two conformed copies of the following: A properly executed Bid Form. A properly executed Bid Guarantee. A properly executed Non-Collusive Affidavit. A fully completed Form HUD-5369-A, "Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Bidders" The estimated budget is $5,000.00 per unit.
