C2 PROJECT LOCATON AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Luna Lake (LAT. 33.82805deg. / LONG -109.08816deg.): From the US 180 and US-191 intersection at Alpine, AZ 85920, head east on US 180 E. Continue 3.8 miles to Luna Lake turnoff on left. Continue 0.1 miles to the Luna Lake Boat Launch Area on the left. The toilet building is located on the north side of the parking lot. HL Saddle Picnic Area (LAT 33.21727 deg. / LONG -109.38342deg.): From the US-180 and US-191 intersection at Alpine, AZ head south on US 191 for 70.2 miles. The picnic area will be on the right. Sardine Saddle Picnic Area (LAT33.21016 deg. / LONG -109.37529deg.): From the HL Saddle Picnic Area turnoff at US-191, head south for 0.9 miles. The picnic area will be on the left. Black Jack Campground (LAT 33.05637deg. / LONG -109.08064deg.): From the US-180 & US-191 intersection at Alpine, AZ head east on US 180 (entering New Mexico) for 73.2 miles. Turn right onto NM-78 W(toward Mule Creek) for 15.2 miles. Entering Arizona, continue onto AZ-78 W for 5.4 miles. The campground will be on the left. Alternative directions from Three Way, AZ 85534 (near the Clifton Ranger Station): From the US-191 & AZ-78 intersection head east on AZ-78 for 14.0 miles. Black Jack Campground will be on the right. Period of Performance: Monday through Friday, 0700 to 1800, within 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice To Proceed. No work shall be permitted to be performed on weekends C3 & C4 STATEMENT OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS The Contractor shall provide all labor, lodging, materials, tools, equipment, services, testing, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform repairs described herein. All vent stacks referenced herein are 13-foot high and 12-inch diameter. For re-sealing vault seams, remove and clean any loose and foreign material prior to applying new water-tight sealing product. When the term "remove" or "demo" is used, all debris to be hauled offsite and properly disposed of by local, state, and federal regulations, off of USFS lands. For concrete removal, there could be recycling options available in both Springerville and Show Low city limits with a couple of local vendors. Assume Government will pump, clean, and sanitize vaults prior to the work. Optional item will have the Contractor pump, clean, and sanitize the vaults for the work to take place. Where new concrete is required, provide in accordance with the drawings and details, and with the following specifications: 4000 PSI, 0.45 water-cement ratio, 4-6 percent air, and 1.5 lb/cy synthetic fiber, with medium-broom finish. Forms and locations to be approved by the Contracting Officer prior to placing new concrete.
