A timeline for award has not yet been established.** New Regional Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Facility at the South District Wastewater Treatment Plant Participants attending the site visit must wear personal protection equipment (PPE) including hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes and safety vest. The Scope of Work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to construct a new Regional Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Facility at the South District Wastewater Treatment Plant (SDWWTP) which includes but is not limited to: Expand and raise the finish elevation of the site for the facility; Modify the access roads as shown for the new facility including electrical site lighting; FOG site paving and drainage including stormwater collection system; Four truck unloading FOG bays with screening equipment and unloading pumps; Pre-cast concrete FOG building with a heat exchanger room, electrical room and operator room; Heat exchanger room includes 4 gas heat exchangers/boiler units; HVAC system and appurtenances; Hot water system for cleaning screens and flushing of FOG foremains; Electrical room includes MCCs, switchgear and related appurtenances; Operator room has office contains SCADA and equipment for operating the facility; FOG pumps; Ground level tie-down anchor system (44 total); Seven 25,000-gallon insulated stainless steel FOG storage tanks; Seven FOG storage tank recirculation pumps with assemblies; Two 2,000-foot 3-inch diameter insulated glass lined Ductile Pipe DIP force mains with appurtenances; Demolition of electrical gear in electrical substation 31A/32A; Replacement of transformers and electrical gear in electrical substation 31A/32A and all related appurtenances including HVAC; Lightweight flood control panels for access door at substation 31A/32A; Electrical; Site Electrical; Instrumentation and Control; Extension of the plant portable water system; Connection to the WWTP in-plant sewer system and stormwater system.
