The City of Alameda ("City") is requesting bids from qualified organizations for landscape maintenance services, including all irrigation elements, sidewalks and landscape elements within publicly owned land and within the public right-of-way at various locations in Alameda. The contract awarded will be for a 5 year term. The Service Provider must have a valid C-27 landscape license. The work is tentatively scheduled to begin January 2023.
