Renovation of a fire / police facility in Provo, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of October 12th, 2022, project received no bid. No definite date of rebid. Remodel of existing office / living space to accommodate Provo City Fire operations on a temporary basis. Project to include all changes per the attached sheets. Contractor will be responsible for all fees, permits and inspections. This is an electronic bid submittal ONLY. Bids will be submitted through online(no exceptions). Emailed bids will not be accepted. All questions about this project shall be submitted via the website ONLY so all bidders can see the same questions and same answers (no exceptions). Remodel of existing office space to accommodate Provo City Fire operations and 24 X 7 occupancy. Project will be reconfiguring wall sections, adding a shower, refrigerator, electric range and various cabinets and countertops (see attached drawings). Contractor will coordinate all work hours and process with Provo City Facilities Manager. Contractor will be responsible for all fees, permits and inspections.
