The East Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities Operation Board (ECR), through its agent, the City of West Palm Beach (City), is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform Mechanical Integrity Testing of the ECR's Deep Injection Well System.
