THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY, which is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d). This is not a solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this request. There is no solicitation package available at this time. Purpose: The Rocky Mountain Arsenal (RMA) - Operations and Maintenance Contract (OMC) provides operations and maintenance of the environmental remediation at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal, to avoid regulatory violations and penalties and prevent the migration of contaminants off site. This sources sought notice is for environmental remediation services at RMA for an eighteen (18) month period beginning in December 2022, while the follow-on Environmental Remediation Services and Construction (ERSC) contract is competed. The intent of this notice is to gauge industry interest, capability and relevant experience, in non-customer specific terms, as it relates to providing these remediation services in furtherance of RMA's mission. To assist with submissions the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be attached to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Army (Rocky Mountain Arsenal), requests letters of interest from qualified SMALL BUSINESSES interested in performing work under a proposed contract for Operations and Maintenance of the Army's Rocky Mountain Arsenal property and facilities located near Commerce City, Colorado.
