The Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority (CCURA), working with Delwest as master developer, is seeking offers from a hospitality management group to purchase and redevelop property as a food hall and marketplace project on the former Mile High Greyhound Park (MHGP) site located east of Highway 2 between 62nd and 64th Avenues. Currently, no food halls or public markets are located in Commerce City or within a 6-mile radius of the Mile High Greyhound site.
