All Work must be completed within 180 days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Work to be performed under this contract includes removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, curb ramps, cross pans, concrete pads, street panels and related work, at locations to be provided by the Commerce City Public Works Department. Additionally, installation of sidewalk where none currently exist at locations may be part of the contract.
