Renovation of a library in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Project consists of the removal and replacement of the removal and replacement of an existing Steam boiler for the Ramsdell Public Library 1087 Main Street in Housatonic, Massachusetts. Bidder is responsible for all aspects of the project scope to include supply of new boiler, venting, piping, modifications, installation, electrical installation, removal, and disposal of old equipment. Questions are due to edm on September 9th, 2022, at 1:00 PM EST. Email all questions to: twidman@edm-ae.com The project is tax-exempt. The successful bidder will be provided with the required documentation The Bid Security will be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the construction cost. After opening of the bids, all proposals shall stand available for acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days. Bidders are cautioned not to submit proposals until having carefully examined the entire contract area and having made all necessary investigation to inform themselves thoroughly as to the existing conditions and all difficulties involved in completion of the work. Failure to do so will not be cause for claim for extra compensation due to conditions not witnessed.
