SORTA is requesting bids for a qualified commercial roofing contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials & equipment to replace two (2) roofs located at Queensgate Operating Garage Facility: (1) SORTA Radio Control Center and (2) Training Trailer located at 1401 Bank Street, Cincinnati, OH 45214 as per the drawings dated 05/13/2022 (Exhibit 1) and project specifications dated 05/27/2022 all as prepared by R.E. Warner (Exhibit 2 and Exhibit 3). The construction project is expected to start no later than 5 days from receipt of fully executed contract and should take no longer than 30 days to complete. Questions Due: September 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST Answer to Questions: September 14, 2022 Anticipated Notice of Intent to Award: October 6, 2022 Anticipated Award Recommendation Approved: October 18, 2022 SORTA is seeking bids to replace two (2) roofs located at the Queensgate Operating Garage Facility (1) The Radio Control Center (2)Training Trailer Queensgate Operating Garage 1401 Bank Street Cincinnati Ohio 45214 1. Removal of existing and installation of a new roofing system and all associated repairs for the Radio Control Center area of the facility. 2. Repair/replace roof drains as required
