Renovation of a municipal facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Expansion Building Project IFB 22-28 (BFT Task Order 9) for the single General Contract which includes General, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Civil and other work, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, Washington 99352 as indicated on Specifications and Drawings. A certified check, a bank cashier's check, or a bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Ben Franklin Transit is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid. Pursuant to RCW 39.12, no worker, laborer, or mechanic employed in the performance of any part of this contract shall be paid less than the 'prevailing rate of wage' (in effect as the date the bids are due) as determined by the Industrial Statistician of the Department of Labor and Industries. Copies of the prevailing wage rate schedule are available directly from the Department of Labor and Industries. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all Bids for any reason and in particular to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular. Architect's estimate is $9,800,000
