Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Devils Lake, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Scope Renovations and Additions to the existing Terminal Building (approx. 5,841 sf of existing and 6,000 sf of new construction) along with all associated site work, utility work, and limited offsite work as identified on the Drawings. New construction includes steel and wood framed structure and concrete foundations and wood and steel roof superstructure. Exterior walls are rain screen walls with insulation, metal panel, and/or masonry veneer. Single membrane roofing system with metal roofing areas as identified on the drawings. New interior construction is of concrete masonry units and steel stud and gypsum board construction. Interior finishes include painted wall and ceiling coatings, exposed wood structure, acoustic tile ceilings. painted masonry, and tile and carpeted flooring finishes. New openings include coiling overhead doors, hollow metal doors and frames, and aluminum framed exterior windows and entrances. Work includes coordination of new heating, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and communication and security systems. Equipment includes a baggage handling system, a passenger boarding bridge and a secure exit lane device. This project is being funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration and Devils Lake Regional Airport. All bidders are required to comply with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The bid is for a prime contract consisting of: General/Civil Construction only. Mechanical/Plumbing Construction, Electrical Construction have been bid.
