Without limiting the generality of this Contract, the work to be performed under this Contract consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the provision of all labour, materials and equipment for the delivery and installation of new playground equipment at Elizabeth Hader Park, located on Timpson Drive, off of Wellington Street West, (see the Location Plan) in the Town of Aurora. The play area surface and the removal of the existing playground equipment will not be part of this Contract. The play area surface will be prepared so that it is ready for the installation of the new playground equipment.
