This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation to qualified firms to plan, design, fabricate, and install a donor recognition display for the Town's newest community facility, Aurora Town Square, as further described in Part 2 - The Requirements, Deliverables and the Scope of Work ("the Deliverables"). The Town of Aurora is seeking proposals for the planning, design, fabrication, and installation of a donor recognition display for the Town's newest community facility, Aurora Town Square. The Town is also looking to request up to 12 plaques to be installed on the wall outside each sponsored room, to recognize that sponsor. A per unit cost for each plaque should be included within the proposal. The Town anticipates awarding this RFP in January of 2023 and expects work to begin February 2023 with design complete by May 2023 and installation complete November 2023. The objective of this project is for the Proponent to undertake the following tasks as identified and meet the project goals, which are to design, fabricate and install a donor recognition display and up to 12 donor plaques to be placed outside sponsored rooms, within a total budget of $60,000. The selected Proponent is expected to conduct the following as part of the project: 1. Design the donor recognition display and plaques following the parameters in the Scope of Work. 2. Build/Fabricate the display and plaques. 3. Deliver and install the display and plaques within the facility at Aurora Town Square.
