The San Mateo County Transit District ("District" or AGENCY") is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Janitorial Service providers ("Contractor") to furnish and supply all labor, material, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for janitorial services at five (5) District facilities. The District also seeks cleaning services and trash removal at approximately 287 bus stops sites, which include a shelter and/or amenities throughout District's service area. The services herein are largely routine and recurring in nature, but will also include incidental work as further described in the proposal documents.
