The City of San Carlos is seeking experienced and qualified Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering firms ("Consultants") to provide on-call professional services for the City's wastewater and stormwater collection systems as well as City-owned facilities, buildings, and parks. The City will enter into a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") with the primary Consultant(s), under which sub-consultants may operate. Consultant and their sub-consultants must provide services for all three (3) disciplines to be considered. The City of San Carlos is seeking experienced and qualified Transportation Engineering firm(s) to perform transportation and traffic engineering and related professional services for the disciplines listed below. The City will contract with the primary firm, under which sub consultants may operate. The City is requesting services for up to a three (3) year period. The term of the agreement shall be for one (1) year, with up to two (2) one (1) year extensions.
