Site work for a transportation facility in San Carlos, California. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The CONTRACTOR will perform all the work and furnish all the labor, materials and equipment required to complete the following: To replace 150ft section of old fencing with new anti-climb, anti-cut security fencing, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, which is attached and incorporated herein ("Work"). Questions and Clarification Due: May 13, 2022 at 4:00 p.m Intent to Bid Due Date: May 24th 2022, 2:00 PM PDT 1. Payment Bond. CONTRACTOR must provide a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Total Amount and issued by a California admitted surety. The payment bond will provide the DISTRICT with security for CONTRACTOR's full payment to all subcontractors for costs of materials, equipment, supplies, and labor furnished in the course of the performance of the Agreement. Full compensation for furnishing the payment bond is included in the Grand Total Amount. The Payment Bond form is attached as Exhibit D. 2. Performance Bond. CONTRACTOR must provide a Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Total Amount and issued by a California admitted surety. CONTRACTOR shall maintain valid Performance Bond for the entire term of the Contract. The Performance Bond is attached as Exhibit E.a
