The San Mateo County Transit District ("District" or AGENCY") is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Janitorial Service providers ("Contractor") to furnish and supply all labor, material, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for janitorial services at five (5) District facilities.
