Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Professional Service Agreement." The services described by the Agreement and this RFQ will include On-call Transit Engineering, Architecture, and Associated Professional Services Prior to Construction and are more fully described in Exhibit A. VRT will evaluate responding firms in order to create an on-call list for transit projects as needed Term The successful Offeror shall provide the services as described herein for a term of three (3) years commencing on approximately October 4, 2022 and expiring on October 3, 2025. Questions Due September 7, 2022, 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time Submittal Review and Selection September 15 - September 20, 2022 Notification of Intent to Award September 22, 2022 Notice to Proceed October 4, 2022, pending VRT Board approval Prospective Offerors are encouraged to submit questions concerning the RFQ in writing no later than 4:00 p.m., September 7, 2022. Questions concerning this RFQ are to be submitted via email to Kevin Womack at procurement@valleyregionaltransit.org with RFQ 2022-09-09 listed in the subject line VRT will answer all questions in writing and make those answers available to other Offerors via addenda posted with the original RFQ on VRTs website. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor the website for updated. VRT shall not be bound by any verbal information nor shall it be bound by any written information that is not either contained within the RFQ or formally issued as an addendum by VRT. VRT does not consider questions to be a protest of the requirements or of the solicitation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
