Title: Renovate Eye Clinic and Ambulatory Care Service Primary Care, Project No. 504-21-110 The contractor shall perform installation for all materials and components. The scope of this project includes renovation of the existing first floor of building one (1) at AVAHCS to modernize space configurations and equipment capabilities for new services being introduced to AVAHCS including the relocation of the Eye Clinic. The scope includes, but is not limited to, phasing for continued operations of surrounding departments throughout construction; demolition and rebuild of clinical department partitions and finishes; select demolition and rebuild of HVAC, electrical, special systems, fire protection, and plumbing services. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, knowledge and testing services required to renovate the Eye Clinic and ACS Primary Care for Project No. 504-21-110 in accordance with the SOW, Specifications and Drawings located at Amarillo VA Health Care System, 6010 W. Amarillo Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106. This is a competitive requirement set-aside 100 percent for service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this project is 236220.
