Renovation of a fire / police facility in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Following bids: RFB#1217-22 Fire Station #3 Parking Lot & Service Drive Replacement RFB#1218-22 Fire Station #6 Truck Bay Floor Replacement Potter County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Multiyear contracts are subject to appropriation by the Commissioners Court. The Commissioners Court reserves the right to award by lump sum discount, to make exception(s) to the bid specifications, and to waive formalities and technicalities for the best interest of Potter County. The Potter County Auditor will process payments after notification of satisfactory receipt of items/services. Any questions related to this RFB should be addressed in writing and faxed, emailed to the attention of Aaron Guzman, at 806-349-4821 or aaronguzman@co.potter.tx.us no later than 3:00 p.m., October 18, 2022 Demolish and remove the existing concrete slab, approx. 2,870 sq. ft. Haul materials off-site. Proof roll and fine grade area to prep for new concrete. Test grade compaction to insure proper base for new concrete according to industry standards and local codes. Place new 12" thick concrete slab, approx. 2,870 sq. ft, with a new concrete drain in the center. All applicable building codes shall be adhered to. Contractor responsible for applicable inspections.
