Site work for a water / sewer project in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
In accordance with Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code, the contract will be awarded to the Respondent who provides the best value to the City. The City shall evaluate the proposals on the basis of all factors described herein. The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals. Work of the contract is for the HIGH SERVICE WATER CONNECTION PROJECT includes the installation of a new 16" water distribution main from the 24" high service direct feed main line to an existing 12" water line allowing an additional high service to the lower end of the high service water distribution area plus all other items not specifically mentioned here but which are incidental to or required for the completed project as indicated and defined in the drawings and specified herein in the City of Victoria. Clear existing easement of brush and trees. Cut-in 24" Gate Valve on existing water line including 24" Line Stop. Install 24" X 16" Tapping Sleeve and Valve. Install approximately 370 LF of 16" PVC water line. Install 16" Pressure Reducing Valve (Clay Val) with concrete manhole. Connect to existing 12" water line including all other associated appurtenances.
