Renovation of an educational facility in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of November 21 , 2022, project was awarded to Rain King Inc. but awarded amount is not available. All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to Remove and Replace the existing Standing Seam Metal Roofing System, delete the internal gutters and downspouts and replace with new Exterior Gutter and Downspout Systems, in addition, Re-seal all Building and Window perimeter Joints in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Armko Industries, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
