Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.

The contract will be awarded at a Board Meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners on October 20th, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK - The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, upgrading and remodeling of three buildings in accordance with the specifications dated August 17th, 2022, and any authorized change orders which have been signed by both parties. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Draft for 10% (ten percent) of the total bid made payable to Crystal Lake Park District. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT - All contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). REJECTION OF BIDS - The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
