Site work for a water / sewer project in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Crystal Lake will be accepting sealed request for proposals in accordance with specifications for Lead Service Line Replacement Survey and Design Services. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The City of Crystal Lake, Illinois seeks a qualified firm to complete a preconstruction lead service line survey for approximately 1,500 lead service lines in the City. The City plans to obtain an IEPA loan and bid documents will need to be prepared accordingly. Approximately 500 homes are anticipated the first year with 335 for each year after for a total of 4 years. This is a one year contract with the option to extend additional 1 year terms for up to 4 years.
