Improvements shall include removal and reconstruction of existing ramp, new handrails and 2" warning strips at existing entrance stairs, replacement of existing reception/transaction counter, remodel of existing restrooms into new unisex accessible restroom, removal of existing interior stairway barrier, installation of new HVAC system.
