Prospective Quoters are hereby notified that the Jurupa Community Services District, Jurupa Valley, California (District) will receive sealed Quotes for the Jurupa Community Services District Professional Services Related to Poured in Place Playground Re-surfacing The successful Design Firm(s), which may hereinafter be called Quoter(s) or Consultant(s), shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the work as described herein. If any Quoter contemplates submission of a Quote for the proposed contract and is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the documents, or finds discrepancies in, or omissions from, Quoter may submit by email to Travis Viseth at tviseth@jcsd.us, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. Questions from prospective Quoters affecting interpretation or corrections related to the Request for Quotes received after September 7, 2022, will not be answered. All contract professional services shall be by an organization which has had successful experience in all related service requirements, This Contract is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In proposing on this project, it shall be the Quoter's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its Quote. The District reserves the right to reject any, and all Quotes, to waive any irregularity or to award the contract to other than the lowest cost based Quote. The District is not required to award a contract to the Quoter who submits the lowest cost Quote. No Quoter may withdraw his Quote for 90 days after submission date. The submission of a Quote shall be conclusive evidence that the Quoter acknowledges his familiarity with District Standards and all work resulting from this agreement will conform with said District Standards and requirements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
