Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaumont, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project includes multiple locations throughout the City of Beaumont. Hydrant locations will be provided to the successful Proponent. Scope of Work for all seven (7) hydrants is as follows: 2x Clow Hydrant and Isolation Valve Refurbishment 4x Canada Valve Hydrant and Isolation Valve Refurbishment 1x Canada Valve Hydrant Remove and replace lower rod Hydrants Standard 10’ Bury Hydrant Refurbishment from above elbow including: Anode on lower rod Anode and hydrant Canada Valve Hydrant Spec - Stainless steel upper rod (provided by city of Beaumont) Hydrant painted to General Design Standards Plug hydrants as necessary Fillcrete Backfill to surface Isolation Valves Replace bolts with stainless steel Anode Replace Packing and gaskets as necessary New Rod, Rocknut and Casing (PVC Lower) (Type A) Fillcrete Backfill to surface
