Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Wildwood, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 72,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, 42-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.
On behalf of the Evergreens Foundation (Owner), Colliers Project Leaders Inc. (Owner’s Representative) intends to pre-qualify Contractors for the Construction Services of the Wildwood Seniors Lodge located in Wildwood, AB. Following analysis of the responses to this RFQ, a shortlist of up to five (5) GCs will be determined and will be invited to participate in the subsequent tender, which is scheduled to be issued in Fall 2025. This RFQ seeks a construction manager leading a team that can construct a facility catered to the traditions and culture of the Wildwood residents. The project consists of the construction of a senior’s lodge that is approximately 72,000 SQ. FT. of building area which contains: Wood-frame structure that will offer SL1-SL3 care and services 42 fully functional supportive living units (beds) to meet current demand. Allow for 28 additional units as an attached wing to meet future demands.
