Olympic National Park has a requirement for the installation of two antennas each on four towers. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION must be submitted in writing via email (phone or fax questions will not be accepted). Send email question(s) to Mickey_Chisolm@nps.gov, and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., "140P8322Q0088 /QUESTION." DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Olympic National Park has a requirement for the installation of two antennas each on four towers. The towers are located at the following communications sites: o o Ellis: LAT 48 07'47.1"N, LON 124 18'21.7"W, site elevation 3459' o o Bahokas: LAT 48 2'14.8"N, LON 124 40'23.4"W, site elevation 2985' o o North Point: LAT 48 05'03.7"N, LON 124 04'20.2"W, site elevation 3350' o o Octopus: LAT 47 44'56.8"N, LON 124 10'31.9"W, site elevation 2444' The tower work will require, at a minimum, two personnel. Each climber will be certified to climb towers as well as certified for tower rescue. Selected climbers will provide their certification prior to climbing the towers. Work will entail moving existing antenna to a higher location on the tower, installing new transmission cable, and test completed work to ensure antenna and cable assembly meet industry standards
